Lisa has 25 years of experience as an occupational therapist in the areas of occupational rehabilitation, persistent pain management and mental health. She has worked in a variety of setting including hospitals, industry, community and private practice and uses this broad experience to adopt a practical and holistic approach when working with clients to achieve their goals. Lisa is experienced in working with older adolescents and adults. She assists those seeking support with managing persistent pain, depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions through a range of psychologically-focused strategies and healthy living skills. She works with clients to enhance their daily function through sensory modulation, mindfulness, improved daily living and social skills, sleep hygiene, life balance, routine and return to meaningful roles and employment.
