Kathy Kent

Kathy Kent is a registered psychologist with over 25 years experience, providing supportive and effective psychological care for adults and adolescents. She has worked extensively across a variety of settings including, public mental health, organisational EAP counselling, and private practice. Kathy is an experienced practitioner in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, sleep disorders, and stress. She assists clients who seek support and adaptive coping strategies to manage stress, grief, parenting and health issues. She brings a wide range of clinical experience and knowledge to her practice, with a warm and genuine style and a practical solution-focused approach. Kathy is passionate about providing a warm, empathic and supportive environment in which to help each unique individual overcome hurdles, improve quality of life, and move forward with their life goals.

GP Mental Health Care Plan (12 month calendar year) or a specialist referral
