Breanna is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with adolescents and young adults. Areas of special interest include depression, anxiety (including school reluctance and social anxiety), OCD, stress, self-harm and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Prior to work as a senior clinical psychologist in Child and Youth Mental Health Services, Breanna worked with children and young people in out of home care and young adults at an early psychosis service.
Breanna has a warm and genuine therapeutic approach and prioritises the development of an empathic connection with the young people she works with. She uses a range of evidence-based treatment tools to support optimal therapeutic outcomes.
